These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to this website and your purchase and use of digital goods offered by RZ Development (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
1. Who we are
This storefront is operated by RZ Development. Checkout, payment collection, fulfilment of entitlements, and many buyer-support processes are handled by Tebex Limited as the merchant of record for paid transactions. Your relationship with Tebex for billing and refunds is governed by Tebex’s own terms and policies in addition to these Terms where they apply to use of this site and our products.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Optional features (such as signing in with Discord to use wishlist or loyalty features) may require a third-party account; those services have separate terms from the provider.
3. Products and licence
- Products are digital goods (for example scripts, assets, or subscriptions) described on their product pages, subject to any stated requirements or compatibility notes.
- Unless a product page or separate licence says otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the digital goods for your own FiveM (or stated) server project, not for redistribution, resale, or public re-hosting of the files themselves.
- You may not use our products to violate law, third-party rights, or platform rules (including Rockstar / Cfx.re applicable terms).
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices, currency, and discounts are shown at checkout. Taxes or fees may apply depending on your location and Tebex’s configuration. Payment is processed through Tebex and its payment partners; we do not receive or store your full card number on this website.
5. Delivery and access
After a successful payment, entitlements are applied through Tebex in line with their process (for example linking your game or platform account). You are responsible for keeping account and contact details accurate so delivery can complete.
6. Refunds and chargebacks
Digital goods are often non-refundable once delivered, except where Tebex policy or applicable law requires otherwise. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in revocation of access where permitted by law and platform policy. For payment or refund questions, follow the instructions on your Tebex receipt or Tebex support channels.
7. Support and documentation
We may provide documentation, Discord support, or email help as described on the site. Support is provided in good faith but we do not guarantee a specific response time unless we have explicitly sold a support package with defined service levels.
8. Updates to products and terms
We may update digital goods for compatibility, security, or features. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise, the laws that apply and any courts with jurisdiction will depend on where RZ Development is established and how Tebex structures your purchase. You should have these Terms reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction and business model.
